However, we understand that recent challenges stemming from ActronAir's systems upgrade have caused some disruptions, and we want to take a moment to address these issues and reassure you that we are here to help.


What’s Happening?

As many of you may have noticed, the beginning of January 2025 brought about some unexpected delays in order processing and dispatch from ActronAir. Unfortunately, there were no deliveries from the main warehouse during the first week of January, leading to up to five business days of delays in dispatching orders. Additionally, we’ve encountered issues with a reduction in the number of interstate trucks transporting goods between warehouses.


These challenges have understandably caused frustration for our customers, and we want to acknowledge the impact this has had on your operations. We know that timely access to spare parts is crucial for your business, and we are committed to ensuring that you receive the support you need.


ActronAir is on It!

We want to reassure you that ActronAir is working diligently to resolve these issues. The internal system upgrades are critical for improving their services in the long run, and the team is putting in the hours to ensure that everything is back on track as soon as possible. While we don’t have a specific timeline for when these issues will be fully resolved, we are confident in ActronAir’s commitment to overcoming these challenges.


What Are We Doing to Help?

In the meantime, National AC Parts is taking proactive steps to alleviate the situation. We have increased the frequency of our collections from the ActronAir warehouses and providing Australia Post Express shipping at no additional cost during this time, to help stem the wait times associated with the dispatching delays. This means that while we work through these challenges, we are doing everything we can to ensure that spare part orders are fulfilled and delivered to you as quickly as possible.


We are also committed to keeping you informed throughout this process. Updates regarding the situation will be communicated via our website and through email, so please keep an eye out for the latest information. Your understanding and patience during this time are greatly appreciated.
