We are located at U2 237 Brisbane Road, Labrador, on the Gold Coast, Queensland but we have a relationship with warehouses nationwide to assist you with obtaining your air conditioning needs as soon as possible.

Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm but we are available via phone from 6am to 8pm.

Payments are made via EFT or Credit Card. All details are on the invoice sent to you when your order is placed.

An ARC licence is an ARCtick licence also known as a Refrigeration Handling Licence.

Almost all repairs should be performed by a qualified technician to ensure your safety, compliance with regulations and to avoid any further damage to your air conditioning unit.

Replacing items like filters and wifi compatible components like sensors can be installed by yourself in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.

National AC Parts offers same-day dispatch for AC parts from our warehouse on the Gold Coast and from most manufacturer warehouses in each state. To ensure same-day dispatch:

1. Check Stock: Verify that the required part is "in stock".

2. Order Cut-off: Place your order before 3pm for dispatching from our Gold Coast warehouse and 11am for manufacturer warehouses nationally.

We prioritise fast fulfilment to get your essential AC parts to you as quickly as possible, minimising system downtime.
