Terms and Conditions

National AC Parts, as a part of CR Marine Pty Ltd, source, quote and sell air conditioning units and air conditioning spare parts parts for commercial and residential air conditioner systems via our domains - www.nationalacparts.com.au, www.actronspareparts.com.au, www.daikinspareparts.com.au, and www.fujitsuspareparts.com.au, (“websites”) and via our app www.app.nationalacparts.com.au ("app").
Your Account
By using any part of the websites and the app, you agree that you; (i) are over 18 years old; (ii) hold a valid Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) or Electrical Work Licence; (iii) have provided a valid and verifiable email address and Australian mobile telephone number; and (iv) have provided a valid delivery address in Australia.
If you do not hold a valid Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) or Electrical Work Licence, you understand and agree that all installations and repairs will be performed by a qualified technician to ensure safety, compliance with regulations, and to avoid further damage. If you do not comply, you understand that any warranty may be voided, and CR Marine Pty Ltd or its affiliates will not bear any responsibility.
You will ensure any information about you, including your contact details, is true, current and complete. If your information changes, you must update it by emailing National AC Parts. If you provide false, inaccurate or misleading personal details, National AC Parts may immediately limit your access to the National AC Parts app without prior notice to you.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your websites cart details. We will not take responsibility for unauthorised access and use of. If you consider an order made was not made or otherwise authorised by you, you should contact us and we will investigate this as an unauthorised transaction. In the absence of such a request from you, you acknowledge and agree that we will treat any such order on the website and/or app as a valid transaction.
Your Quotes
It is your responsibility to ensure that the air conditioning units and spare parts are correct before purchasing. If we assisted with the selection, it was done on an “all care but no responsibility” basis. The parts were selected from your information, and we are not the technician on site.
All quotes are valid for 30 days.
Your Orders
All orders are subject to our approval – for example, if you have any outstanding invoices, we will not be able to process new orders. You can make payments any time before the due date. If a payment is not processed on or before the due date, orders will not be placed with the manufacturer and will not be available for shipping or collection. If you won’t be able to pay us on time, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders received before 11:00 am (AEST) and are in stock are usually dispatched the same day.
You may cancel an approved order before the order is delivered or supplied. If the order has left the manufacturer’s depot, before the order cancellation, the amount refunded will be less the shipping fee and a 20% Manufacturers' Restocking Fee.
We may choose not to approve an order or provide a part to you, or may cancel an approved order before the order is delivered or supplied. If this occurs, we will apply a full refund of any amounts you have paid to us to your Nominated Payment Source.
Our Invoices
All invoices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. The invoices will be emailed to your provided email address upon purchase. If an alternative or additional email address is required for invoices, please contact us by emailing accounts@nationalacparts.com.au. Unless otherwise stated, all invoices are payable on receipt.
Our Third - Party Shipping
We will use the best available delivery to minimise transit time. Most orders are delivered with an ETA of 3 - 5 business days from dispatch. We allow up to 10 business days due to unforeseen transit complications with third-party providers.
Your Returns
If a part is to be returned and has been opened, they will be considered to be used parts and not fit for resale and will not be accepted for return. Unopened parts will be inspected and if found to be in good condition and fit for resale, a refund less any shipping fee and 20% Manufacturers' Restocking Fee will be processed.
Air conditioning units (outdoor unit and indoor unit and controller) will not be returnable.
Their Faulty Parts
Faulty part claims will only be accepted as per the Manufacturers’ Parts Warranty & Return Procedures. Please refer to our Warranty and Return Policy.
Our Communication
Agreements, notices or other communications regarding use of the websites and/or app may be provided to you by email, SMS and/or phone. You agree to receive all communications from us in these forms using the contact details you have provided to us. We will also contact you on an ongoing basis for marketing purposes whether by email, SMS, phone or otherwise (unless you have notified us that you do not wish to receive such communication). You can contact us when required by emailing info@nationalacparts.com.au.
Your Privacy
All information that is collected about you including information collected in connection with the verification of your identity, will be collected, used and stored in accordance with the National AC Parts Privacy Policy. You agree for us (or any third parties providing services on behalf of National AC Parts) to disclose to third parties, to the extent required by any applicable laws or regulations, any information in relation to you or your National AC Parts Account.
Our Intellectual Property
Websites and app are owned by CR Marine Pty Ltd, and all content therein are the exclusive property of CR Marine Pty Ltd. The information contained is for informational purposes only and is subject to change without notice.
You must not copy, imitate, modify, alter, amend or use without our prior written consent any URLs representing websites and/or our app, or any of our content, logos, graphics, icons or other content published on these platforms or in our printed media.
We reserve the right to change the functionality, terms, conditions, and notices under which websites and app is offered.
System Outages
Access to the websites and/or app may occasionally be unavailable or limited due to hardware or software failure or defects, overloading of system capacity, damage from natural events or disasters or disruptive human activity, interruption of power systems, labour shortages or stoppages, legal or regulatory restrictions as well as other causes outside of our control.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage which you may incur as a result of the website being unavailable.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the law in force in Queensland, Australia. Each party irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts exercising jurisdiction in Queensland, Australia.
By using the website, you agree to be bound by (i) these Terms and Conditions; (ii) National AC Parts Privacy Policy; and (iii) National AC Parts Warranty & Return Policy. If you do not want to be bound by this Agreement, you must not use the websites or app.
