ARC Licence Discount Policy

National AC Parts is pleased to offer a 10% discount off spare parts to certified technicians and authorised businesses who hold a valid Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) licence. This discount is a token of our appreciation for your commitment to maintaining industry standards.

Eligibility
i. The discount is available exclusively to individuals and businesses that hold a current and valid ARC licence.
ii. To qualify for the discount, customers must enter the ARC10 promo code and provide their ARC licence number at checkout.

 

​Verification Process
i. National AC Parts will verify the validity of the ARC licence provided at the time of quote and/or purchase.
ii. Verification must be completed before the order is processed. Orders will not be finalised until the ARC licence has been confirmed as valid.

Terms and Conditions
i. Discount Details

   - A 10% discount will be applied to the total order value of the spare part products only for eligible customers.

   - Any discounts applied do not apply to non-spare part items (i.e Units), shipping or handling charges.
   - The discount applies to all products available for purchase on the National AC Parts website www.nationalacparts.com.au

ii. Order Processing

   - The ARC10 promo code and licence number must be entered correctly at checkout for the discount to apply.
   - National AC Parts will verify the ARC licence before processing the order. This may take up to 2 business days.

iii. Invalid or Fraudulent Use
   - If the ARC licence provided is found to be invalid or has been used fraudulently, the order will be cancelled.
   - In the case of a cancelled order due to invalid or fraudulent use, a refund will be issued, less any applicable bank charges.

iv. Non-Transferability
   - The discount is non-transferable and can only be used by the ARC licence holder or the authorised business linked to the licence.

v. Limitations
   - This discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

vi. Changes to Policy
   - National AC Parts reserves the right to modify or discontinue this discount policy at any time without prior notice.
